What is the return policy?
Please contact Customer Service at for your return request, detailing the reason for return. Please note that:
(a) For returning defective products, you must return the product in its original condition and original packaging via registered post accompanied by proof of purchase and detailing the reason for return within 14 days from date of delivery. Based on inspection of the returned product, we will make a collective decision to exchange or provide a refund for the returned item within 14 days.
(b) If you have used any Garuda miles, vouchers or other discount code with your purchase, your products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except that defective products may be exchanged.
