Platform terms

All content, information, materials, and products available from the platforms are provided to you strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. all conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights in relation to the platforms or the content, information, materials and products available from the platforms are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law by us (including our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assignees) and our licensors.

We (including our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assignees), our licensors do not represent or warrant that the use of the platforms will be timely, uninterrupted, or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data.

Terms and conditions of sale

Choose to collect your purchases either on board selected Garuda Airlines or have them delivered directly to your doorstep. The delivery options available for the items are indicated on the respective product page. Selected items are available for inflight delivery or local delivery only.

Inflight Delivery

There is no delivery charge for collection on board eligible Garuda Airlines. Simply present your boarding pass or the Garuda Shop e-invoice to the cabin crew to receive your pre-ordered items on board your flight.

Local Delivery

A Delivery fee may apply depending on the size and weight of the item.

Delivery Terms & Fees

Items will be delivered within 2-15 business days from date when the order is placed.

Delivery charges do not include customs/import duties and postal clearance. Any additional cost, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon receiving the items, and cannot be paid using any form of vouchers (including e-vouchers) or Garuda miles.

Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

Note: The order within countdown reflects Garuda Shop’s delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You’ll be notified at checkout if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.
