Terms and conditions of Sale
Choose to collect your purchases either on board selected Garuda Airlines or have them delivered directly to your doorstep. The delivery options available for the items are indicated on the respective product page. Selected items are available for inflight delivery or local delivery only.
Inflight Delivery
- Pre-order to Flight
- Available on Garuda Indonesia International flights from Soekarno –Hatta International Airport only.
- Ordering time limit maximum 72 hours prior your departure time
- Free of Delivery charge
- Receiving from duty flight attendant at your comfortable seat during your flight
- Guarantee 14 days from date of receive good for replacement or refund if any manufacture defect.
- Please inform GarudaShop customer care if you re-schedule your flight departure in 24hour prior your departure time.

Local Delivery
A Delivery fee may apply depending on the size and weight of the item.
Delivery Terms & Fees
- Delivery within Indonesia area.
- Items will be delivered within 2-15 business days from date when the order is placed.
- Delivery charges do not include customs/import duties and postal clearance. Any additional cost, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon receiving the items, and cannot be paid using any form of vouchers (including e-vouchers) or Garuda miles.
Delivery Guarantees
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.
Note: The order within countdown reflects Garuda Shop’s delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You’ll be notified at checkout if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.
